The Borough of Perkasie is currently accepting sealed bids online for the following two projects:
Bid # 2025-05: SOUTH PERKASIE COVERED BRIDGE – TIMBER SUPERSTRUCTURE
Sealed bids will be accepted online until 10:00 am, prevailing time on July 24, 2025. This contract includes a base bid for the rehabilitation and relocation of the timber superstructure for the Historic South Perkasie Covered Bridge located in Lenape Park in the Borough of Perkasie. The rehabilitation of the structure must consider current Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, as well as FHWA, AASHTO and PennDOT design and safety standards, when applicable and feasible.

Bid # 2025-06: SOUTH PERKASIE COVERED BRIDGE – ABUTMENTS
Sealed bids will be accepted online until 10:30 am, prevailing time on July 24, 2025. This contract includes a base bid for the installation of new abutments, wingwalls, approach paths and erosion and sedimentation controls for the Historic South Perkasie Covered Bridge located in Lenape Park in the Borough of Perkasie. The Contractor must consider current Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, as well as FHWA, AASHTO and PennDOT design and safety standards, when applicable and feasible.
