Wading Pool

Perkasie Lions Club Sponsors Kulp Wading Pool for Free Community Access

Kulp Wading Pool is a 1.5’ deep circular toddler wading pool located in Kulp Park in Perkasie Borough.  The Wading Pool was originally built by the Perkasie Lions Club in 1948 and reconstructed again by the Perkasie Lions Club in the 1988 and in 2008.

For the 2024 season and moving forward each year, the Perkasie Lions Club has generously offered to sponsor the wading pool to allow FREE access during the summer schedule for community recreational use.

The Kulp Wading Pool will be open Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm through August 9th this summer (with the exception of July 4th and any weather-related closures).

“The toddlers of Perkasie really appreciate it” stated Jim Ryder, Perkasie Council President.  The Borough would like to thank the Perkasie Lions Club for their kindness and generosity!

Please note though free for the community for recreational use, in order to enjoy the pool, all users will need to sign a waiver.  Large group/camp/birthday party access will need to be coordinated through the Park and Recreation Department by contacting menloaquatics@perkasieborough.org.
