NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Perkasie, Bucks County, Pennsylvania will conduct a public hearing on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Perkasie Borough Hall located at 620 West Chestnut Street, Perkasie, Pennsylvania 18944. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider, and if appropriate, adopt an Ordinance which is summarized as follows:
The Ordinance would establish a Perkasie Borough Historical Committee, including the following sections:

Section 3: Membership of Perkasie Borough Historical Committee
Section 4: Organization of Historical Committee
Section 5: Specific Purposes
Section 6: Expenses of Historical Committee
Section 7: Meetings of Historical Committee
Section 8: Minutes of Historical Committee
Section 9: Liaison to Historical Committee
Section 10: Authority
Section 11: Severability
