SHOW CAR DRIVERS for the Under the Stars Car Show 2025. The following message has gone out to everyone who provided a valid email account when you registered. If you did not receive it, it's OK! We are posting the exact same information here. Scroll down! These arrival instructions apply to pre-registered and day-of registration drivers.
Thank you for pre-registering for the Under the Stars Car Show 2025, 5pm-9pm on Saturday August 16th.
Check in begins at 12:30pm and will continue until 4:45pm or until the show is full. We have 330 show cars pre-registered, and we are allowing 475 vehicles TOTAL through staging this year.
ALL CARS - ADVANCE & DAY-OF REGISTRATION - MUST CHECK IN at the Penn Community Bank lot at 219 S. 9th St, Perkasie. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you turn onto 9th St from MARKET ST from the direction of RIDGE ROAD (SR0563). FOLLOW THE SIGNS!
If you pre-registered - you do not need any paperwork - we have your name on a roster at check-in.
At check in, you will receive a DASH CARD - fill it out and put it on your dash. NO ENTRY to the show without a DASH CARD.
We begin releasing cars into the show between 2:15pm -2:30pm. Please be patient. We release pre-registered cars BEFORE we release day-of registrations.
When you are released, TURN LEFT on 9th St, then TURN LEFT on 7th St. We’ll meet you at the corner of 7th & Chestnut and direct you to show parking.
Couple of things to note -
📌 We release pre-registered cars BEFORE we release day-of registrations. If you have friends who did not register, you will not park in the show together.
📌 If you have friends who pre-registered and you all want to park together, plan to MEET SOMEPLACE ELSE then drive and arrive at staging on 9th St TOGETHER. Tell our volunteers that you are staging together and want to park together.
📌 No canopies or pop-up tents at the show.
📌 All drinks should be in covered cups or beverage cans. No open containers please.
📌 The show is VERY crowded and not an ideal environment for pets. Please, service animals only.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
🎈 Show opens to the public at 5pm.
🎈 REV FOR our first RESPONDERS at 7pm.
🎈 TOP 50 award pickup available from 8:30pm at the Perkasie Borough tent, corner of 7th & Market.
🎈 AWARD CEREMONY is at 8:45pm.
🎈 SHOW CLOSES at 9pm. NO EARLY DEPARTURES. Leave responsibly. NO BURNOUTS.
