NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Perkasie, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a public hearing on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., at the Perkasie Borough Hall located at 620 West Chestnut Street, Perkasie, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the public hearing will be to consider an Application for Conditional Use Approval submitted by WP Perkasie, LLC, to be permitted to add an accessory use pursuant to §186-18.H(3) of the Perkasie Borough Zoning Ordinance, which said accessory use would be to establish a drive-through capability for the proposed Starbucks eating place. The property in question is located at North 5th Street and Blooming Glen Drive and is further identified as Bucks County Tax Parcel No. 33-016-010.
A full copy of the Application for Conditional Use Approval is available for inspection and copying by the public at the Borough offices located at 620 West Chestnut Street, Perkasie, Pennsylvania, during normal business hours.
