NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Perkasie, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Perkasie Borough Hall, located at 620 West Chestnut Street, Perkasie, Pennsylvania 18944. This hearing was originally scheduled for Monday, September 16, 2024. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider, and if appropriate, adopt an Ordinance which is summarized as follows:
The Ordinance would amend Chapter 180 of the Perkasie Borough Code of Ordinances pertaining to parking regulations on Arch Street for a distance of 30 feet east of the intersection of Arch Street with North 9th Street.
