The Borough of Perkasie, located at 620 West Chestnut St, Perkasie, PA, 18944, will receive sealed proposals until 10:00am on December 11, 2024 for the following:

RFP # 2024-06: PREPARATION OF AN UPDATE TO THE BOROUGH’S ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AS SET OUT IN THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CHAPTER OF THE PERKASIE BOROUGH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, PUBLISHED IN 2014

The Borough Manager of Perkasie Borough, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is accepting sealed proposals for a one-time contract to perform certain professional (consulting) services work for Perkasie Borough involving an update to the Borough’s Economic Development Plan as set out in the Economic Development chapter of the Perkasie Borough Comprehensive Plan, published in 2014.

A copy of the Request for Proposal may be obtained by e-mailing admin@perkasieborough.org.

Written proposals (ten copies), must be received by the Borough Manager, Perkasie Borough Hall, 620 West Chestnut Street, Perkasie PA 18944, no later than 10:00 am on December 11, 2024.  The proposal should be addressed to: Perkasie Borough, P.O. Box 96 Perkasie, PA 18944.  Fax and e-mail submissions will not be accepted.

The successful bidder shall be required to furnish proof of insurance.

All proposals received will be opened at 10:00 A.M. on December 11, 2024 in the Borough office at the above address.  Bids will be reviewed and evaluated by a Steering Committee comprised of key stakeholders, including members of the Economic Development Committee of Borough Council.

Each proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposal.

Perkasie Borough reserves the right to waive any formalities or irregularities, and also reserves the right to reject any and all RFPs for any reason or no reason.
