NOTICE FOR REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS - MURAL PROJECT
Sealed proposals will be received by the Borough of Perkasie, at the Borough Office, 620 West Chestnut Street, Perkasie until 10:00 A.M. on Friday, June 28, 2024 for a MURAL PROJECT in Perkasie Borough.
A detailed description of the project and a call for quotations for Perkasie Borough RFQ #2024-7 can be found here. All proposals shall be sealed, properly identified, and in the hands of the Borough Manager on or before the time specified.
All proposals received will be opened and read aloud at a meeting to be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, June 28, 2024 in the Borough office at the above address. The Borough Council is expected to award the contract at their meeting on Monday, August 5th.
The Borough hereby reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any items therein, and to waive any informality in proposals received.

NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – ENGINEERING & DESIGN CONSULTATION SERVICES FOR THE SOUTH PERKASIE BOROUGH COVERED TIMBER BRIDGE
The Borough of Perkasie located at 620 West Chestnut Street, Perkasie, PA 18944, will receive contract proposals online until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time on July 22, 2024 for engineering and design consultation services for the rehabilitation of a historic timber covered bridge located in Lenape Park in Perkasie Borough. Companies submitting proposals must have demonstrated experience of said services.
All Proposal Documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on the PennBid™ website https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/portal. A nominal fee of 0.33% of the proposal amount (up to $5,000) is assessed by PennBid™ only to proposers awarded contracts.
A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. local time on July 2, 2024. Representatives of Owner will be present to discuss the Project. Proposers are asked to attend and encouraged to participate in the conference call. The link for the conference on Zoom is https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82437905400.
A video replay of the virtual pre-proposal conference will be made available to registered attendees and also on PennBid.
A similar onsite meeting will be held on July 9, 2024 at 10 a.m at 141 W Walnut St, Perkasie, PA 18944, the covered bridge’s location.
Each proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposal.
Perkasie Borough reserves the right to waive any formalities or irregularities, and also reserves the right to reject any and all RFPs for any reason or no reason.
