Pool Parties & Rentals

THREE hour party pool use and access to all THREE pools!

Available at 1-4pm or 4:30-7:30pm

Use of designated party area and reserved picnic tables

Food options available for an additional per person fee.

Max of 30 guests (this includes children and mandatory adult chaperones please see ratio list)

Staff to assist with check in, waivers, wrist bands, directions, food orders, set up and clean up!

Special swim test for party swimmers!

Menlo Member Base fee: $225.00

Non-Member Base fee: $325.00

Base fee includes 10 guests.  Per Person fee for any number guests over the 10 included: $10 per adult guest, $8 per child guest

TWO hour PRIVATE wading pool use with lifeguard!

Use of Kulp Pavilion for before and after as needed! Kulp Pavilion is next to playground, swings, and sport courts!

Lifeguard staff will assist with check in, waivers, and wrist bands!

Pool access for parties Monday-Friday must be after 2pm

Parties on Saturday and Sunday have flexible scheduling.

Menlo Members or Borough Residents         $110.00

Non-members or Non-Residents                     $150.00

Must be Perkasie Borough Resident & Menlo Member 

2 hour pool use of either Competition Pool or Leisure Pool

Minimum of 40 guests, max of 100 (includes anyone entering the facility, children, and mandatory adult chaperones (see ratio list) 

Trash must be removed after party

Menlo’s snack stand will NOT be open and you are permitted to bring your own food and beverages (no glass, no alcohol)

Request for After Hours Rentals must be done at least 45 days in advance by contacting the Perkasie Park and Recreation Department. 

$500.00 non-refundable security deposit is required after the request is approved by Perkasie Borough Council.

Applicant must provide certificate of insurance for General Liability Insurance after request is approved

Balance payment, Certificate of Insurance and final guest list are due 7 days prior to the event

Per person pricing: $20.00 per person

Must follow all Menlo Aquatics Center rules and regulations

Ages 0-3: 1:1 child to adult IN THE WATER IN ARM’S REACH

Ages 4-7: 3:1 children to adult IN THE WATER

Ages 8+: 5:1 children to adult, may supervisor from deck

All non-swimmers regardless of age must have in water parent/guardian supervision at all times.

Access to all three pools with no time limit!

Groups rates are regular daily passes for all individuals attending regardless of swimming

MONDAY-FRIDAY: Adult $20 Child/Senior $15 & SATURDAY & SUNDAY: Adult $31 Child/Senior $ 21

Max of 30 participants (this includes any one entering the facility, children, and mandatory adult chaperones (please see ratio list), and any Menlo members attending with group

Group must have an Adult In Charge and must fill out all required paperwork of all individuals attending

Group must arrive together as a whole and will be given a general rule overview by a staff member before being permitted to swim.

Groups must follow all rules and regulations including slide manufactures policy that all slide users must be 48” tall regardless of swimming ability and all swimmers must pass a swim test to use the Competition Pool deep end

Request for Group Swims must be done at least two weeks in advance

Refunds will not be given if pools or portions of pools close due to weather, staffing, or unexpected maintenance or emergencies.

 To ensure the safety of all swimmers and staff in the facility, unscheduled group swims will not be accommodated.

Camp Groups are NOT permitted to show up unscheduled.

Camp Groups are NOT permitted to purchase membership passes to use the facility.
