Free Home Weatherization
The Bucks County Opportunity Council’s Home Energy Conservation Department provides weatherization to eligible low-income households. This is a FREE service – no debt, lien, or expense of any kind will be asked from eligible clients. A properly weatherized home will keep occupants cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter, and reduce energy usage all year round.
