Borough Status Report

Borough Hall is open Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm, closed 12pm-1pm.  Please use the drop box at the side of the building for electric and trash account payments and for all other routine mail. Paying your electric bill is easy online or by phone (call 844-278-1518). Please call 215-257-5065 with questions.
MENLO POOL UPDATE FOR JUNE 7th:  Due to the cool weather and poor air quality, the Menlo Aquatics Center will not open today.  Hopefully the conditions will be better tomorrow for the pool to open.  Thank you!

Work to rehabilitate Bucks County Bridge No. 237 on Callowhill Steet, over the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek began on May 8th. Callowhill Steet will be closed between Fifth Street and Branch Road for six-months barring weather or unforeseen delays. Click here to see the detour plan; drivers are asked to follow detour signs on site. Construction is being performed by Eastern Highway Specialists, Inc. on behalf of Bucks County. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT:

The Recycling Center is open to RESIDENTS of Perkasie Borough only.

Yard waste may be taken to the Borough Recycling Center, located at 311 South 9th Street.  RESIDENTS ONLY, NO CONTRACTORS.  Loose waste and paper bags only – NO PLASTIC BAGS.

Borough trash bags are available at Borough Hall, Landis and Giant locations in Souderton & Perkasie.

Curbside brush chipping is scheduled for the first Wednesday of each month. Please call Borough Hall at 215-257-5065 before 4pm on the preceding Monday to add your address to the list.

Curbside paper & cardboard pickup is scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month. Please flatten and bundle materials. NO PLASTIC BAGS.

BULK COLLECTION: Public Works will pick up one large item each week as part of your regular trash collection service. PLEASE EMAIL PUBLICWORKS@PERKASIEBOROUGH.ORG IF YOU HAVE AN APPLIANCE THAT NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP. Note, we will not collect TVs, computer monitors or items containing Freon.

Annual TRASH BILLS will be due on 6/30/2023. The annual trash fee of $50 is payable by each residence in addition to the pay-as-you-go trash bag fees or the toter fees. Please call Borough Hall with any questions.
