The Yellow Dot Program was created by PennDOT, the Department of Aging and the State Police, and could save your life.
The driver and any passenger who regularly use the vehicle complete a special form that lists their health issues, medicines, allergies, etc. You attach a photo to the paper and place it in the glove box.
Then you place a yellow dot in the lower left hand corner of the back windshield. If you are in an accident, the emergency medical services can act quickly to render aid without compromising existing health conditions.
